MSCA Staff Exchanges
The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) constitute the European Union’s flagship framework for doctoral training and postdoctoral development. MSCA Staff Exchanges bring together organisations from both academic and non-academic sectors, including small and medium-sized enterprises, on a global scale. These actions support international, inter-sectoral, and interdisciplinary mobility of research and innovation staff, with the objective of facilitating knowledge exchange, enhancing skills, and enabling the development and validation of innovative approaches relevant to the targeted research areas.
Partner organisations actively contribute to the execution of a joint research and innovation project by hosting and/or seconding staff members. Through this collaborative model, MSCA Staff Exchanges enable researchers to leverage the complementary expertise of participating institutions, fostering synergies and strengthening cooperation across sectors and disciplines.
