PORTAL Community of Practice

Privacy and Data Use

When you register for the PORTAL Community of Practice, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, role, country and areas of interest. This information will be used to administer your Community membership, provide access to Community activities and resources, and communicate relevant PORTAL events and opportunities.

Your information will be stored securely on approved institutional systems and accessed only by authorised members of the PORTAL team. Participation in the Community is voluntary, and you may request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal information at any time. Separate consent will be requested for optional communications or inclusion in a member directory.
